Hi,
I'm goint to write in english because my russian is not quite good.
So,I've got the following failure of my monitor Sony GPD 200GS:
When I start it the LED indicator ligths green and after a few seconds it begins to blink in yellow.I checked all transistors and I found out that Q507 is damaged. So I changed it but nothing happened. I checked one more time Q507 and it was damaged again.
I also checked D513 and D518 - thay are OK; 5 V on pin 6 of IC901 is OK.
Where to look for a failure?Which is the most possible reason for damaging Q507?

Q520(SFS9634) - low chopper (H REG OUT) bad.
Change with D518(10v 0.5w) and Q507(BU2527AX).
